If you’re hurting today, pray this with me. ✨ Psalm 23 isn’t a cliché-it’s a lifeline. “The Lord is my Shepherd; I lack nothing… He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul.” (Ps 23:1-3) “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear nothing, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” (v.4) “You prepare a table before me… You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.” (v.5) “Surely goodness and mercy will follow me… and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” (v.6)

Pray (30-60s):

Breathe: Inhale “Shepherd,” exhale “You are with me.” 🫁

Say it aloud: “You restore my soul… my cup overflows.”

Thank God for one specific grace today.

Type AMEN or the word that hit you most: Shepherd / Rest / With-Me / Overflow / Forever.
